Atlantic Optical
Optical shop on Level 2 covering frames, prescription lenses, sunglasses and eye testing.

Marks & Spencer, Zall Bookstore, optical retail, lifestyle goods, golf equipment, children’s furniture, pet supplies and a Pilates studio.
The specialty category is where Wheelock Place keeps its two largest and most-visited tenants, plus a long tail of shops that do not fit anywhere else. Together they explain why the mall draws a residential crowd as well as a shopping one.
Marks & Spencer at #01-01 is the anchor. It runs across Level 1 with clothing, homeware and a food hall that functions as the local grocer for British imports across the Orchard, Tanglin and Claymore area. It has held that anchor role since Borders closed in 2011, and the M&S Café beside it makes the ground floor a natural meeting point.
Zall Bookstore opened in 2021 across #01-02/03 and #02-18, restoring a bookshop to a building that had been synonymous with one for two decades. Its focus is Chinese-language titles, and it runs an in-store cafe with long reading tables, deliberately reviving the linger-and-read culture that Borders created here.
Optical retail is unusually well represented for a mall this size: W Optics on Level 3, Tanaka Optical in Basement 1 and Atlantic Optical on Level 2, alongside the eyewear house Lafont in the fashion category and Shinagawa Eye Centre upstairs. Between them the building covers frames, lenses, eye tests and surgical correction.
The remainder of the category is genuinely varied. IUIGA on Level 2 carries design-led homeware and lifestyle goods; Honma on Level 3 sells Japanese golf equipment; Ergokid supplies ergonomic desks and chairs for children; Woof Living is a pet lifestyle store on Level 1; Therapy Market and The Palm Press cover wellbeing retail in Basement 1; Flaming Queen, Embrace+ and Maxine Studio fill out the basements and Level 2; QCD Technology sits on Level 5; and Options Pilates Studio occupies a large space on Level 5 with reformer and mat classes.
