What we can help with

• A shop listed here has closed, moved unit or changed name.
• A new tenant has opened that we have missed.
• Opening hours, unit numbers or car park rates on this site look wrong.
• A broken link, a typo or a factual error anywhere on the site.
• Press, partnership or content licensing enquiries.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide with no connection to the mall or its tenants. We cannot assist with lost property, gift cards, membership schemes, leasing enquiries, job applications, deliveries, parking disputes or complaints about a shop. All of those need to go to Wheelock Place management or to the individual business, which you can identify from our directory.

How to reach us

Email is the only channel we monitor. Write to hello@thewheelockplace.com and include the page you are writing about and, where relevant, the unit number concerned. Corrections that identify a specific listing are the fastest for us to verify and act on.

We read everything. We cannot promise an individual reply to every message, but every correction is checked.
