Wheelock Place floor guide

A level-by-level walkthrough of the seven retail floors at Wheelock Place, from the Basement 2 transit level up to the Level 5 clinic deck, with every tenant and unit number on each floor.

Wheelock Place is easy to navigate once you understand its logic. The building stacks its uses vertically in a way that most Singapore malls do not: transit and fast food at the bottom, anchor retail and books at street level, browsing in the middle, and treatment rooms at the top where corridors are quiet and rents are lower. The central void and the escalator run along one side mean you can see much of the mall from any level.

One quirk worth knowing before you arrive: the two basements are not just parking and back-of-house. They are working retail floors and part of the pedestrian route to Orchard MRT, which means you may well enter the mall at Basement 2 or Basement 1 rather than at street level, and never see the Orchard Road frontage at all.

Level 5

The top retail floor is Wheelock Place’s specialist medical and wellbeing deck. Dental surgeries, an endodontic practice, an eye centre, aesthetic doctors and a Pilates studio share a quiet, low-traffic corridor that feels closer to a private clinic building than a shopping mall. Appointments are the norm here rather than walk-ins.
