Beauty, aesthetics and wellness at Wheelock Place
Medical aesthetic clinics, facial and skin studios, hair and scalp specialists, brow bars, barbers, nail rooms and day spas, mostly on Levels 3, 4 and 5.
Beauty is the largest single category at Wheelock Place and the reason many people come here at all. The upper retail levels have low passing footfall and quiet, wide corridors, which makes them far better suited to treatment rooms than to shopfront retail. Over the years that has produced one of the densest concentrations of aesthetic clinics and skin studios anywhere on Orchard Road.
Level 3 covers grooming and shorter treatments. Browhaus handles brows and lashes, THE salon and Spa Esprit cover hair and body, mtm labo offers customised skincare, and Snails, Jet Concepts and Hanbang Skin Solutions each take a different approach to facials — the last drawing on Korean techniques rooted in traditional oriental medicine.
Level 4 is the medical aesthetics floor. SkinLab The Medical Spa, VIDASKIN, Vedure, Cove, Ageless Medi-Aesthetics, Fusion Medical and Bellezza sit alongside Nature’s Spa by Jurlique, the hair-and-scalp specialists at PHS Hairscience LAB, Kenaris Hair Salon and MODE Beauty Studio. Treatments here are doctor-led or doctor-supervised in most cases.
Level 5 continues the theme with Illumia Therapeutics, Yakson House, AUBE, Strip Buddy, O Medical Clinic, The Chelsea Clinic and Calvin Chan Aesthetic & Laser Clinic. Because this floor sits above the main shopping traffic, it is the quietest part of the building on a weekday.
How to approach a first visit. Nearly everything on these floors runs by appointment; walking in and expecting a slot rarely works, particularly at weekends. Most clinics require a consultation before a first treatment, and it is normal, expected and sensible to ask for the full price of a course rather than a per-session figure before you commit. Where a treatment is medical rather than cosmetic, ask who will actually perform it.
For men, Premium Barbers on Level 2 and Organic Hair Professional on the same floor cover cutting and colour, and several of the aesthetic clinics on Levels 4 and 5 treat male patients as a matter of routine.

Do I need an appointment for the clinics at Wheelock Place?
In almost all cases, yes. The aesthetic clinics, medical spas and salons on Levels 3 to 5 work on appointments, and weekend slots book out well in advance. Weekday mid-afternoon is the easiest time to get seen at short notice.
What is on Level 4 at Wheelock Place?
Level 4 is the medical aesthetics floor. It holds the largest cluster of skin, laser and body clinics in the building, including SkinLab The Medical Spa, VIDASKIN, Vedure, Cove, Ageless, Fusion Medical, PHS Hairscience LAB, Kenaris Hair Salon and Nature’s Spa by Jurlique.
